About This Tour

Che is Vietnamese dessert in soup form — beans, jellies, fruit, coconut milk, crushed ice. Every neighborhood has one cart. Each cart has its specialty.

We take you to ours. The owner has been making the same six che for 30 years.

You sit on a low stool. You choose by season. You eat slowly while the neighborhood walks home from work.

It is the smallest experience we offer, and one of the most loved.
