Tribal Portrait Experience is designed for photographers who want to work with people respectfully in Vietnam's northern highlands. The program focuses on trust before the camera: translator-led introductions, consent, clear boundaries, fair local contribution when appropriate, and enough time for subjects to remain people rather than props. Depending on season and availability, the route may include Hmong, Red Dao, Tay, Giay, or other northern communities, with portraits shaped by market mornings, craft work, household activity, village lanes, and environmental context.
